Our 17th-century, Grade II listed building is situated on a quiet street, rich in historical and architectural interest. Originally built in 1642 to serve as hotel accommodation for merchants arriving at the nearby Newport Quay, the property has maintained its role as an accommodation provider throughout the centuries.

We offer 12 tastefully decorated and comfortable en-suite rooms, with single, double, and triple options available to suit a variety of budgets. Our accommodations have recently undergone extensive of internal renovations.

Thanks to our central location, we are a favourite among businesspeople, artists, walkers, cyclists, and holidaymakers, many of whom return regularly.
